Privacy policy
Last revised: 17 August 2026
A company that monitors things for a living should be precise about what it watches on its own website. This page explains what Radarcampaign BV collects when you visit radarcampaign.com, what happens to it, and which rights you hold under the GDPR.
The short version
We collect almost nothing. There is no advertising pixel on this site, no remarketing tag, and no data broker relationship. The contact form runs entirely in your browser and transmits nothing. The only personal data we ever process is what you choose to email us.
The contact form
The form on the contact page is a front-end demonstration: when you press send, your input is handled inside your own browser and is not transmitted to a server, saved to a database, or turned into an email. No copy of it reaches us. To actually get in touch, email contact@radarcampaign.com; that message lands in an ordinary mailbox and is processed under this policy.
Data collected automatically
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs: IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, referrer, and timestamps. We read these in aggregate to see what breaks and what gets read. If we run analytics, we use aggregate, non-advertising measurement only, and it changes nothing else in this policy.
Cookies: the site itself sets none for tracking. Your browser settings let you block cookies entirely without losing any functionality here.
Legal bases and retention
Server logs are processed under legitimate interest (site security and operation) and rotated out on our provider's standard schedule. Email you send us is processed to answer you (pre-contractual steps or legitimate interest) and kept only as long as the conversation, or a legal obligation, requires. Since the form stores nothing, there are no form records to retain.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data, full stop. Limited technical data passes through the service providers who run our hosting and email, bound by their processing agreements. Beyond that, disclosure happens only where Belgian or EU law compels it. External links on this site lead to policies we don't control; read theirs.
Your GDPR rights
You can ask us for access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction on any personal data we hold about you, object to processing based on legitimate interest, take your data with you, and withdraw any consent you gave. Write to contact@radarcampaign.comand we'll act within the statutory deadline. You can also complain to the Belgian supervisory authority, the Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit (Data Protection Authority), Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels.
Children
This site sells PPC monitoring to businesses and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly hold data on children; if you believe we do, tell us and it will be deleted.
Changes
When this policy changes, the revision date at the top changes with it. Material changes get a note on this page, in keeping with the house habit of logging things.
