1. What this site is

The site describes our PPC monitoring, management, and rescue services and publishes guides and incident write-ups. Everything on it is general information, not advice for your specific account. Benchmarks and platform behavior cited in guides were accurate on their stated dates and drift over time, which is roughly the point of the entire company.

2. No engagement without a signature

Nothing on this site creates a client relationship. Prices shown are indicative and confirmed only in a written proposal. Work begins when both sides have signed an agreement, and that agreement, not this page, governs the engagement.

3. Intellectual property

The text, design, illustrations, and the Radarcampaign name and logo belong to Radarcampaign BV or its licensors. Quote us with attribution and a link, freely. Republishing whole pages, scraping the site into a dataset for commercial resale, or passing our write-ups off as your own requires written permission.

4. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to breach, overload, or probe the site's infrastructure; don't use it to distribute malware or spam; don't impersonate us. We may restrict access to protect the site and other visitors.

5. Third-party platforms and links

Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other platforms named here are trademarks of their respective owners; naming them implies no endorsement in either direction. Links to external sites are provided for convenience and we answer for none of their content.

8. Governing law

Belgian law governs these terms. Disputes that can't be settled amicably go to the courts of Antwerp.
